By accessing and using Tymoe's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Tymoe provides intelligent Food & Beverage solutions including but not limited to:

  • Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
  • Self-ordering kiosks and platforms
  • Kitchen display systems
  • Analytics and reporting tools
  • Inventory management solutions
  • Customer engagement tools

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

4. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee that our services will be available 100% of the time. We may temporarily suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by service plan and will be clearly communicated at the time of signup. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice.

6. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Tymoe and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tymoe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tymoe from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
